Construction software consultancy
Simple software, set up around how your jobs already run. No endless options, no changing how you work. Industry research puts losses at 1-5% of revenue. On a €500k job, that's €5k to €25k.
Started by a project coordinator who worked commercial, residential and council jobs.

Built for Irish construction teams of every kind
Is SITENasc for you?
Every platform promises results. Few were built for the way your jobs actually run, and you can tell.
Extra work gets agreed on the project, then forgotten, missed or never priced. By the time it reaches the invoice, nobody can agree on what happened.
Knowing where every job stands means phone calls, group chats and chasing foremen for updates.
The lads tried it for a week, then went back to WhatsApp and paper dockets. You paid for it anyway.
You know the firms using software are pulling ahead. You just don’t want to gamble on the wrong system.
None of this is a people problem. It’s a system problem, and it’s fixable.
Industry research puts revenue leakage in construction at 1-5%, and most of it starts with gaps like these.

How we work
A free 15-minute discovery call with our director. We learn how your projects run today and tell you straight whether software would help, and where it would make the biggest difference.
Only if it makes sense. We sit down with you, your foremen and your office, see how you run your jobs, and set SITENasc up to match. Then we get the lads using it on their phones.
As you take on new projects, crews and contracts, we adjust the system with you, so you are always using something that fits and keeps delivering results.
An honest comparison
Some of these tools are excellent. We would rather point you to the right one than sell you the wrong one.
Not sure which one you are? That is exactly what the consultation is for.
An example
This one was configured for a builder running fit-outs across several live sites. Every system is shaped around the client's own workflow, so yours will look different.
If it takes more than a minute on a phone, on a project, we don't build it in.

Our background
Michael spent years working across commercial, residential, private and council projects, most recently coordinating the stakeholders involved across them. He was tasked with finding a system that could save construction companies thousands, but nothing out there worked without forcing the business to change how it ran.
So he left his job to research whether this was a real problem. It was. Onboarding software in construction is hard, with endless options, needless complexity and an expectation that you change your business to suit the platform. A few months later, SITENasc was born to flip that around: the system fits into how you already work, and we make the process easy at every step.
Security
Your data deserves the same care we put into building your app. Every solution we deliver runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with independently audited security controls, and we add our own safeguards on top.
Our applications are hosted on a platform that is SOC 2 Type II audited and ISO 27001 certified. It is monitored around the clock by a dedicated security operations team and regularly penetration-tested by independent firms.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), including backups. API keys and credentials are stored in an encrypted vault and are never exposed to your users’ browsers.
We set up access rules so each user sees only the data they’re meant to see. Before go-live, every app is scanned for vulnerable dependencies, insecure code, exposed secrets and login gaps.
Card payments are handled by PCI DSS-certified payment providers. Card details are never stored in your app.
We act as your data processor under GDPR and will sign a Data Processing Agreement with you, including a full list of the sub-processors we use. You own your data, and we’ll export or delete it on request.
Application data is hosted in secure data centres in the United States. Transfers are protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
